What makes Resume Deli better than other career services providers?
Our team of consultants is composed exclusively of professional career managers, published writers and industry experts. Since launching in 2002 in response to the tech bust, we’ve helped more than 5,000 clients across tens of industries to hone their job search, create winning career documents and nail interviews. Each of our consultants has rewritten thousands of resumes; together we’ve authored books and guides and countless articles on resume writing and job search strategy that have reached millions. Perhaps most impressive: more than 88% of Resume Deli clients refer a friend or colleague to work with us. When asked why, our clients cite the high quality of our career services, the huge up-tick in interviews they receive after working with us and our top-notch customer service. No other resume-writing company matches up with Resume Deli. And that’s no baloney!
What is the difference between a Rewrite and a Revamp?
Our Rewrite service includes phone consultation and unlimited email Q&A with your personal Resume Deli consultant, whereas our Revamp service is conducted exclusively via email. The phone time accompanying our Rewrite service allows us to better get at the nuances of your background, accomplishments and goals. However, both services will a) get your resume, cover letter and LinkedIn profile in tip-top shape; b) dig deep into your past experience to uncover additional details that employers and recruiters must see; c) include unlimited email Q&A with your assigned Resume Deli consultant. Not sure which service is right for you? Request a free evaluation.
Why do I need a LinkedIn profile?
Because not having one makes you stand out—and not in a good way. If you’re job hunting, there are a few things you must have in order to be taken seriously: a resume; a cover letter (most of the time); a shiny pair of shoes (unless you’re applying for a position as a life guard); and an up-to-date LinkedIn profile. If you don’t have a LinkedIn profile, it will raise a number of questions about your candidacy: Does this person know how to use a computer? Are they not interested in technology? Are they afraid of it? Are they not interested in making new contacts? Hey older professionals! Concerned that you’ll be skipped over for younger talent? Nothing says “I still got it” like having a LinkedIn profile and a presence on other social media!
Do I get my own, personal Resume Deli consultant to work on my document(s)?
Absolutely. Resume Deli will assign you a consultant who is most appropriate given your background and professional objectives. Our consultants have more than 20 years of experience on average, so you’re sure to be in good hands.
How long will it take for me to get my new document(s)?
If you’ve purchased a Rewrite, you will receive the first draft of your resume within 24 hours of your personal interview (interview slot availability may vary based on current conditions.) The turnaround for our Revamp service is 3 business days.
Is my satisfaction guaranteed?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with your new document(s), we will continue to work with you until you are.
What’s your success rate?
There are many factors that affect whether or not you get the interview, but we have written resumes for over 5,000 clients with a 99%+ satisfaction rate. We are always ready to work with you until you have a final product that you feel fully reflects your professional credentials.
Does Resume Deli revamp curricula vitae (CVs)?
Absolutely! However, please be aware that a surcharge will be applied to each page of your original document beyond page two.
Are my credit card and personal information protected at Resume Deli?
How do I contact Resume Deli?

I don’t have Microsoft Word®. Can I still submit my resume?
